Becket House was built in the mid 1990’s as part of the Black Prince Yard small office complex on Berkhamsted High Street.

LaForet bought the building from its previous owners as an office investment occupied by the Audit Bureau of Circulation. Following a re-organisation at that firm, it became vacant and LaForet sought permission to convert the building into 3 apartments.

The conversion was completed in the third quarter of 2016 and now provides 3 luxury apartments in a courtyard setting right in the middle of the vibrant town of Berkhamsted.
